You've taken a much deeper dive than I have, so I'm going to have to take a closer look. I would think that the contracts they have to manage their properties would be somewhat different and more secure to a lease for a tenant renting a house or unit. You can be sure those properties will be well maintained, which is the biggest issue with residential leases and evictions.
