It looks like that but remember there is no such thing as a free lunch. The broker(s) does not accept $10 million now only to fork out $24 million later.
So my assumption is that if JPR has the oppies underwritten, the broker(s) will undertake best endeavours to "pump" up the share price so that as many of the oppies are converted as possible.
Looking at the share price today, it looks like it could take quite some "pumping" to get these oppies in the money. But you only "need" 7 days of 10% gains to get the share price to 8.2c. So it could be achievable.
