Recent disposal of plant was expected,there will be bottom line gain from this and the conditions they sold under will generate returns. Fair enough.
Was it good commercial sense (yes) and / or a requirement from a interested party carrying out DD.
Price for some time appears to be managed (churning) on TOX , perhaps a better line on their direction after tomorrow.
I cannot shed the possibility of a take over, check out TPI since their listing in May (2.40, today 5.35 ) and the rise in particular over the last month without any real announcements.
