look you're self admitedly new to investing its a tough game, and one thing that makes it really tough is you'll soon realise the majority of companies in the small end space have board of directors that don't have the shareholders or even the customer's best interest in mind. This is the nature of the game, when you do find a management team that does have stakeholders in their best interest and have a good buisness well... we call that a unicorn because you barely ever see them and a lot of the time its really easy to think they don't exist.
