Micro caps are a very tough gig and it sounds like you have over committed here and trying to save your bags.
The nature of a micro cap is growth and growth = noise = announcements and constant newsflow. No news is not good news in micro caps, rarely is. Ci1 is not a blue chip where it is saturated and highly profitable to the point where if they grow by 10% a year that’s amazing results. If that is the mindset then please move your money to a blue chip. Personally anything under triple digit growth is not acceptable for how much the board has moved up their own remuneration and how much the stock is down from ATH (95%+)
