Why don't you actually respond with something of value - what was the point of wasting money on the consolidation when the price has only gone down, with no new interests from monied investors? Why does Jimmie and nearly every other insider hold substantially less shares now then before, even though we're near record lows? Why has our CEO then seemengly given himself a circa 500% increase in remuneration while his holding being reduced significantly and so much shareholder value being destroyed? Why does our CEO constantly refuse to respond to shareholder concerns? Why has Jimmie not replaced the COO role after the last one left so suddenly in the way he did, while at the same time, Jimmies workload seemengly increasing. Why did our CEO pay $2 million for 60% of a new company with no existing revenue (contributed nothing to the last report) and very little information on how we're going to capitalise on the 20,000 customers and how many of those 20,000 customers are active and expected to use the B2B BNPL service? Why have we got no updates on the shinehub onboarding despite it being over a year and being announced as price sensitive? Why did our CEO fail to raise money while SP was significantly higher then it is now after the failed attempt with Clee Capital, with them not being the only ones in town to assist with raising money and hence meaning the possibility of significantly more dilution on future cap raises. Why did Jimmies wife supposedly sell shares hours before the announcement of said failed cap raise (see change in substantial holding dated hours before this negative announcement).
