    They might be a bit harsh but could be argued that they are deserved. You're right, he's not responsible for the share price but shareholders are obviously disgruntled and very angry about his remuneration and general sentiment. Two million dollars is a lot of money and he hasn't addressed our concerns - we were left with a couple of sentences buried in a report. People are just left wondering what they are getting for this. He's getting all this money as a trustee, is that because the old trustee left or he's just adding another income source for himself? He obviously cares about what shareholders say because he reads HC. That's part of the problem as he should have someone in PR dealing with us plebs while he works for his $6750 or so a day.
    You mention the stock split but it's just very difficult to see why investors would invest when they didn't before when the price was higher.
