Price action always leads to newsflow. The way it has been trading it’s not going to be pretty. I mean they literally have not announced anything and came out with a “profit warning” announcement. Is that not a sign?
This family business will run its course and get to a valuation that suits being a family business rather than a listed co. This really should just stay private. Does not look like the ceo or the board understands what it means to run a public company of this size… DYOR
