It's the way it has been done. Why go public if you want to take all the reward for yourself? Going public comes with a duty for transparency and many feel Jim hasn't been totally transparent. If Jim deserved his circa $1.6m trustee fees, answer us why he wasn't taking it before? If Jim deserves his circa $1.2m CEO remumeration, answer why he wasn't getting it from the start? Simple questions that you, Jim and the board don't seem to be able to or willing to answer. After you answer those questions, then answer why those raises in remumeration came after Jim sold off millions and after he axed dividends. All very simple questions Porter. Why go public if you don't want to answer these and other simple questions?

And if he's built up such an amazing and successful company, why isn't he investing more of his money in to it? To me, it can't be that great if he and others aren't buying? Not even you seem to think it's such a great company or else you'd be buying.
