Broken system or downright price manipulation? Jim's in a rough spot as if a CR does come soon and it's in relation to an aquisition that has been in the works, it could look very sneaky. Lots of options Jim could be exercising to help fund any aquisition. Uprampers on here would tell you they'd be crazy to exercise them before the exercise date but to me, if you're going to give management options then why not exercise them when it's best for the company they're meant to be stewarding. About time Jim puts some of the millions he and his wife took out back in. Putting their hand out to retail with all the associated administrative cost will be a smack in the face. This is just my opinion. Remember, some justified Jim's circa 600% remumeration increase as a way for him to help increase his holdings and therefore realign his interest in the company with common shareholders.
