potentially Russel comes across as a worthy board member perhaps better if he were an executive board member, I say this going by some of the past comments he agrees that most investors agree on and that is, board members should hold minimum amount shares (imo perhaps $250,000worth) including comments made on Jim’s LinkedIn post, (shout out to Tradethespade) with capital letters and I quote IT’S NOT SOMETHING TO BE PROUD OF.
