Maybe its different in HK, but surely most likely should Jim be at fault without a doubt there would be an out of court settlement, but maybe theres 2 sides to this story. Anyhow it wouldn't sense that Jimmie has no money, that would be quite surprising indeed. Very interested to hear the outcome although technically it shouldnt have material effect on ci1.
