If consecutive warning announcements is not enough for changes then perhaps one fair conclusion could suggest somebody is delusional, all efforts seems to be all backwards momentum. Through out the last couple years some investors on HC have felt the wrath by Jim on other platforms unfortunately, exposed…..with overpaid acquisitions, over paid CEO, revenue reduction from Singapore imo most likely ChapterTwo will see a reduction also imo. So Why has NO Board member stepped down YET ?

Please help investors understand what value the current board are adding to investors and Ci1 particularly in the year or so, please justify your board worthy, evidently many here suggest your position is unjustified.
