FSA downfall looks to be a deteriation of revenue over the last couple years, eventually that has to hit the profitablity of the company and i suspect the market thinks so to hence why its down over last couple years. Interestingly though they pay dividends at a current 6% yield so shareholders may still be getting a return even though the share price is down over last couple years.
