jobs had a $1 salary because he had already become a billionaire after Pixar. Bezos had a wooden desk because he liked it. And I remember Musk stupidly tweeting that Tesla was overvalued and the stock dropping 10 percent that day. Can’t say musks move benefited shareholders. Jimmie’s wealth has declined enormously with the drop in share price, so I doubt he intended to take a big increase in salary, but I would take the salary and buy up stock in the current circumstances. Maybe he’s waiting for the right time. I believe we are at the bottom.
