Good to see Porter your good fight is worth fighting for, unfortunately just so happens the SP is in crisis, SP @ ATL and probably 95% lower than from its ATH. According to you Ci1 is a bargain or close to a bargain, accept for the est of 2 years of the board and CEO sold more than purchased and currently are without any new purchases from purchasing on the market shares sadly.

Perhaps Porter what you see they don’t or they may know more than what there willing to tell us hence the lack of interest in purchasing on market shares into a "Great company" and by lack of interest by institutional investors & whale investors etc is also concerning. So clearly there’s significant red flags that you your self acknowledge but perhaps don’t like to entertain as some of us here find red flags require scrutiny and answers. imo,
