Hey mate, the going thesis at the time from the ceo on linkedin was that banks and other finacial intermediaries would not invest in a stock that is trading at 1-2c. Suppousedly we were meant to see some new investors, people were hoping for a cornerstone investor. i'll let our dedicated hotcopper moderator take over from here though don't wanna get in trouble! @P0RTER
