It’s possible Jim is entertaining somewhat of a joint ventures imo for the expansion of its debt management operation. I’m hopeful nonetheless because what else is there? however there’s been too many disappointment’s in the past to be dancing on cloud nine so early not happening yet, but from where I’m looking at things it’s a step in the right direction more than what can say from the 2 years or so.

U.S reserve by some economists suggesting the aggressive interest rates could well slow down, high probability of quarter % or potentially 0% hence Tech stocks going up, they were last night seem to be doing ok now. Imo
