oooo AFCA complaint is significant that gets published as public information eventually I mean the level of afca complaints laid against them.
I notice a lot of the positive reviews are very similar and look to be fake. We do live in a world we’re negative reviews do skew any reviews (people more likely to post negative then positive) but that doesn’t mean you should make fake reviews, probally just improve the service.
