I'v long suspected this whole thing is a sucession play with how much nepitism is at play in the company, and how heavily invested some of the board are in the company matched with the maturity of the business. The whole listing appears to be a way to offload a lot of equity to new retail holders. This all worked fine untill shareholders caught wind of the transfer to jw wife and that imo triggered the downfall.
