Jimmies son is in the upper management earning a lot yet he only graduated a few years ago. I'm not saying he's not capable but how many qualified people are out there that could come in with fresh eyes and do something significant. Why is no one new being bought in? Why was Will only their for days and wiped all mention of his time at CI1 and why was Jimmie so quiet about it. His write up when hired was glowing. Yet nothing when he leaves. I think it's reasonable to question why upper management is family and old friends yet new faces that come in at a higher level leave. What is Jimmie hiding that he doesn't want outsiders to see? These are all reasonable points and Jimmie not communicating let's these conversations to continue months later.
