CIA finds Russia intervened to help Donald Trump win US election: report, page-165

I think you may have missed my point.

Article 1 claims the Washington Post lied in reporting that the CIA had concluded Russian hacking was intended to influence the US election.

Article 2 provides a statement from the ODNI that proves the CIA did make that conclusion, but that the ODNI disagrees with the findings.

"ODNI is not arguing that the agency (CIA) is wrong, only that they can't prove intent," said one of the three U.S. officials."

Hence it seems the report in the Post was indeed correct.
