Sadam was using WMD's on the kerds back in the 80's.
Iraq is also a member of the UN and agreed to UN law, but he denied access for the UN to check if he had any WMD's left.
Then when they get in, he keeps taking them to the wrong buildings they ask for.
Yeah i can see how he was totally innocent, its not like he had ever used them before... oh wait.
