There has been an all time record of capital raisings on the ASX this year.
GMG has only done it once this year (last OCT) and has secured cornerstone investors for small outlay so far.
GMG operates in the eye of the financial storm.
When the storm abates GMG will be first in the reit sector to experience relief. AND SO TWO CONSIDERATIONS:
