Yes. I agree 100% with what you say. (very good posting btw)
When I say Survival, I don't mean GMG is on the verge of falling over.
Far from it.
What I mean is that GMG is making doubly sure it will survive.
Just look at the commetators...it is common to see them say 50% of REITs will go under
cic or cap raise, page-36
