Share markets including the ASX have been going up for the last three weeks and this wont last forever, I expect a new cycle to start sometime this week.
Many REITs already announced massive write-downs, i am wondering how this will affect GMG's NTA. Australand was the first REIT to announce its results, and it was not that great.
GMG is a great investment for long term holders, but it might lose a little bit of value in the coming few weeks. Hope i am wrong though.
