From the various articles and running with $145m and PXUPA ending up with 55%, this would mean they get $80m equity or $28 each, so 66% would provide ~ $33.60 each
This seems like a $ value and %age that might get the deal done ie both PXU and PPX receiving a 66% haircut?
Of course, we can speculate all we want as it is up to a few major holders on both sides to see if a deal gets done......................... but interested in what others think of $33.60 and 66%?
