1) The ann is misinterpreted. JAT is SDCs sole Australian rep. Not Australia’s sole rep at CIIE.
2) SDC is registered as an exhibitor as is Kaola. Austrade is irrelevant. SDC is acting as subsidiary to registered holder.
3) All relative documentation is verified through ASIC re company acquisitions. Official Documentation post acquisitions will be readily available.
It does not hide the fact that there has been vague announcements and some ambiguous connections, but there are a lot of unjustified, unverified accusations from some posters that have used google.
