    I have no idea what is going on now as it is quiet from all fronts on this stock??

    Maybe EPC 1748 was formaly granted?

    Maybe it is the opportunity to bid again in India?

    Who knows anymore? But that mill order at 3.5c was there for ages and I reckon it was only capping the stock imo.
