CIM Intrinsic value 50% under valued, page-4

Might actually be the reason I bought CIM too tbh, their intrinsic valuations are bad enough considering I constantly find stocks a full quarter or more out of date with their financials but they never do the research behind why a company is being valued by the market how it is.

In the case of CIM even if a company is 90% undervalued it is for a reason, management are trash and they're using shareholder capital to give the company to a third party on a silver plater.
