We have all been mulling over the same question for a while. I think that the only explaination we can come up with on present known facts is that production will decline over the 9 years .. but everyone is expecting that Tevet will be tied in and or they will do another lot of drilling to optimise/maintain production (they have called this Chinguetti phase 2).
