10	2014	In May 2014, Rockwood Lithium acquired a 49% stake in Talison Lithium Pty Ltd. Talison is the leading producer of Spodumens with the largest and most productive Spodumenmine in the world.
11	2015	Albemarle Corporation acquires Rockwood Holdings Inc., the parent company of Rockwood Lithium.
12	2016	Rockwood Lithium takes over the brand Albemarle.
