SPANISH PRESS: Cintra To List In Madrid In Late October
MADRID (Dow Jones)--Spanish public works company Cintra plans to launch its expected initial public offering next month and will list on the Madrid stock exchange in the last week of October, La Gaceta de los Negocios reports, citing financial sources.

Cintra is a joint venture between Spanish construction company Ferrovial SA (FER.MC) and Australian firm Macquarie Infrastructure (MIG.AU). Macquarie will sell all of its 40% stake through the IPO and a pre-flotation capital restructuring.
