We hold both CIP and COF. CIP is industrial and has been a slow but steady share with the share price appreciating. COF on the other hand dropped from 3 something to currently about 2. I'm very inclined to sell our smaller COF holding to fund the CIF SPP (1 for every 3.7 shares @ $3.15 a share). We have 25,000 CIF and 10,000 COF. I can't see office trusts going anywhere in the next couple of years and to be honest a $20k shareholding is not really big enough to worry about.
