Yeah i figured, it was a bit unsettling watching the % split go from 55-45 to the retail investor to almost 65-35...Worried there was a trick i was missing.
The Insto ownership trend is very positive, Blackrock very bullish along with with their ARF play. Whatever it is, they're loving the industrial/social RE play or just AU in general from an investment POV.
I actually stumbled across CIP as I directly own industrial property and watched vals triple over the last couple of years but I'm surprised it's not talked about more often on here as a golden defensive play. Killer price metrics considering it's in industrial vs it's world wide peers and the vals are currently booming in in-fill regions.
The instos are onto something.
