    whats the deal with ISS? 17% down??? maybe now is a good time for a buyback!!

    I just bought in today, buy order at 10c been waiting for ages! Will need to do a write up of this stock soon to promote it! 5% divident, no debt, stable earnings and management buying back shares! whats the catch???
