    QUOTE: HTI now has circa 2,726 million ordinary fully paid shares on issue together with 2,181 million listed options (ASX Ticker: “HTIO”) each with an exercise price of
    $0.001 and expiring on 31 March 2015.


    This is a quote from their recent announcement in the section entitled "introduction". It meade my heart race as I realised that I owned about a sixth of the company or are they using the word circa somewhat liberally?
