My tip on the circuit breaker required for RED is dismissal of the mining contractor. Seems possible that the plant on site is mostly high hour second line stuff, not low hour front line equipment.
It's not that difficult. You get contracts to stipulate equipment machine hours since new or rebuild. It's no secret there is no shortage of difficult to maintain high hour fleets out there.
Best way to maintain poorly performing gear is kick it off site and cop the dirruption of sourcing a more suitable fleet.
Fixing the fleet will fix the financing which will fix RED.
How they got such a poorly performing contractor
on site I hate to think.
