Hi all, just letting you know that compass released an announcement in late Feb suggesting that they are close to relisting on the ASX and if that is the case under the current DOCA shareholders are due to get 5% of their existing investment. I have contacted Ferrier Hodgson to try and determine if submitting the circular forgoes any further entitlement to shares in CMR if they relist. Makes me question the timing of both the circular and the relisting announcement, are they again up to something?
