Yes The Trustees are seemingly denying everyone. One does wonder why!! Given that a previous group of shareholders were denied and therefore decided to take the Trustees to court in NSW with the intent to remove the Trustees. That group are very quiet now indeed. Hmmm??? How did the Trusttees decide on the relevant period.01/05/08 and 29/01/09?? Of course the chairman Gordon Toll with interests in the CHG and Y A Global , as a secured creditor, has priority in any payments made from the the Trustee....Hmmm
