perhaps ASIC needs to hear about what is going on. Before the DOCA wasvoted on by shareholders Martin stated that this would be the best course of action to take as the other option being liquidation would mean shareholders would get nothing. Now here is Martin of F&H saying no to shareholders proof of debt. Doesn't he actually have access to the CMR share registry details for all shareholders. Something is rotten in Rome
