I'm confused about the eligibility criteria.
In section C of the claim process the letter states, "If you are a CMR shareholder..."
Well, no, I'm not. I bought during the relevant period but sold at a loss, so am no longer a shareholder.
Am I still eligible?
I've tried ringing Ferrier Hodgson but can't get through.
Any advice on this issue welcome.
