Well stated Cuzo. FH certainly did not follow the Ernest Hemingway guidelines for writing. Hemingway a brilliant scholar could write very simply for all to understand. Then again he did not have to justify a half million dollar fee for the administrative work FH are likely to earn for a months work which really is nothing more than writing up the decisions that emanate from the creditors meetings.
All that said it is natural for us to be optimistic about the outcomes and FH if they have concluded some guilt on behalf of the Board then they will want this company to continue trading.
