I thought the reason for the merger was to get the Russian asset primarily and rationalise and become more efficient and utilise key skill sets from the acquired company.

Why go to market and get new staff then?

Does the acquired company still own the Russian asset?

How is Range going to pay for these new presumably highly paid staff members which will highly likely include more significant options/dilution etc?

According to the last quarterly there is no cash left during this quarter which is fast approaching...
