Ok mate - have a look at what happened to $ibx. I was involved there. I freeheld from an early peak, i held about 70k for free, post consolidation im holding about $800 worth.
There are many plays with consolidation but you know if you don't get a ground breaking ann post consolidation, you are losing the lot.
there are many positives but they are primarily for company options. It moves them from a dog stock to a higher level, more avenues for raising etc.
ive been involved in about 10 of these and not once as a shareholder have i become better off.
I'm sure there are better examples - from 20 yrs ago.
