That is a poorly written article, it hurt my eyes reading it....
Cirrus won't pay back jobkeeper and they shouldn't. Without it they would have made a loss or more likely the would have had to cut staff. This was exactly the aim of Jobkeeper, to keep people employed and associated with their employers over the early days of Covid. They are entirely entitled to it.
