    I think this business needs a little more time for revenue to settle, Frank to finish unloading and then lean out the business to start producting profit.

    It should be very possible to churn out 5-10mil from their rev in due time and start paying a div.

    IMO that’s what’s needed to transform into the Disallowed it’s waiting to be.
