Welcome to TZL. We don't have many visitors for reasons only the board knows. Massive prospects. Massively kept under wraps. Just out of interest, how did you hear about TZL?

It's a good question about QVT. They are a hedge fund and have a different mind set to us retail investors. The question should be why after putting in $30m, wouldn't they take $250m at $2.50 and be rid of this headache ?

Another question is now that they potentially have about 60% (need to check) of the company, having increased it substantially over the past year, why wouldn't they go the whole hog?

The board have about 3m shares in total with about another 7m in options. Enough to make a takeover or trade sale very lucrative for couple of year's of work?

You'd have to check all of the above figures though as I am working from memory.
