BD, there is a whole grey area between what is right and what is wrong. It's all about interpretation. I've seen it many times with many stocks. RIV is a recent one. ADY is one from last year. Go on those forums and ask shareholders about what they thought about the independent valuations.

Would you say that this board has done everything by the book? I recall you have been critical. So what makes you think that the valuation wouldn't inconveniently err on the conservative? Look at the book value as at 4 months ago in the half yearly. Valuers would base the valuation on that. A pittance.
