it would appear to me that TZ have decided to turn their back on the ASX and are possibly exploring trade sale or alternative listing options. The longer it drags with no SP gain makes me more nervous as to where QVT sits in this whole scenario. Remember MB et al took over at 96c, getting us anything short of that plus 50% would be disappointing althopugh looking very likely
